attendo After-Sales, for repair services

Warranty or quote, settled before you head out

Service requests from brands, insurers and consumers, each with its own SLA. The appliance record tells you whether it is under warranty. Whatever is not covered, the customer accepts and pays for from their phone. And each brand gets its report.

  • Each brand, with its own SLA
  • Quote accepted with one click
  • Service report signed at the customer’s home

The question that is worth money

Every visit hinges on one question

Is it under warranty? If the answer lives in one person’s inbox, the visit goes wrong. The technician shows up without the part, the argument happens on the doorstep, or something that should have been charged gets given away.

  • Overdue

Every brand sends requests its own way

Email, phone or web, with different deadlines, and nobody can see at a glance what is overdue.

  • Warranty not checked

Warranty gets decided on the doorstep

Without the purchase date or the installation date at hand, the technician improvises.

  • Waiting for parts

    “Waiting for parts” is limbo

Nobody schedules the second visit, and the customer calls again.

  • Quote not accepted

The quote is a chain of phone calls

A call, an email, a bank transfer and another call before anyone goes back.

How it works

From service request to the brand’s report

The story of a service request, in six steps.

  1. Step 1

    The service request comes in

From the brand, the insurer or the consumer. Or from the “Request service” QR code stuck on the appliance, with no login. It arrives with its coverage, its SLA and the agreed time window.

  2. Step 2

    Dispatch sees it

Confirmations, routes and overdue requests on the home screen. On the board, each request in its column.

  3. Step 3

    The technician arrives informed

Serial number, purchase date, warranty end and last job, on the appliance record.

  4. Step 4

    It is decided on site

If it is under warranty, the claim is opened with the brand. If not, a quote with options goes out: repair or replace.

  5. Step 5

    The customer accepts and pays

From their phone, with the deposit. The second visit is already on the calendar.

  6. Step 6

    Signed close-out

Job checklist in the app, offline too, with photo, time on site and signature. The brand gets its turnaround and satisfaction report.

The brand gets its report, and the appliance gets its history

01 Request from the brand It arrives with its coverage, its deadline and the time slot agreed with the customer.

02 Warranty, on the record Serial number, purchase date and warranty end, before heading out.

03 Visit in their time slot The technician goes in the time slot the customer chose.

04 Waiting for parts When the part arrives, the second visit is scheduled from the same column.

05 Signed close Repair checklist in the app, offline too, and the customer’s signature.

06 Report to the brand The warranty claim and the turnaround report come from the same request.

Appliances

The warranty question is answered on the record

Each appliance has its record with serial number, purchase date, warranty end, address, technical data and last job. Its history is what saves the second visit: the technician knows what failed before and what was replaced.

  • Installation with dual signature, which registers the warranty
  • Report of expiring warranties
  • QR code on the appliance to request service without calling
  • History per appliance and per customer

Each appliance with its customer, its location and its history.

Warranties

The claim gets out of one person’s inbox

The warranty claim is a document with a status: sent to the brand, approved, part free of charge, second visit. The whole team sees where it stands, and nothing depends on someone not being on vacation.

  • Statuses and deadlines for every claim
  • Approvals by link, with no login, if your process requires it
  • Documents and photos of the job inside the claim

Spare parts

“Waiting for parts” stops being limbo

It is a column someone checks every morning, with the part’s supplier assigned. When the part arrives, the second visit is scheduled from the same service request.

  • Stock in the warehouse and in the van
  • Purchase orders grouped by supplier
  • Only confirmed consumption reduces stock
  • Each part charged to the appliance where it was fitted

Out of warranty

The customer accepts and pays from their phone

Whatever the warranty does not cover becomes a quote with options, published as a page with your branding. The customer chooses, accepts with one click and pays the deposit. The order goes out without retyping, and the invoice is then issued by your connected ERP.

  • Repair or replace options, in the same quote
  • Deposit with attendo Pay on your own gateway, without the card going through attendo
  • E-signature with attendo eSign when needed
  • You know when the customer opened the quote

Brands

Each brand, with its SLA and its report

Brands renew with you based on turnaround and satisfaction. That is why each one has its contract, its SLA and its report, straight out of the system without going through Excel.

  • SLA per brand or per customer, with an alert before a breach
  • Dispatch by area or by brand, based on the value of a field
  • Turnaround and satisfaction reports with traffic lights, ready to export
  • The attendo After-Sales home screen: jobs waiting for parts, warranties expiring in 30 days, unanswered quotes and collected deposits, with a dashboard you can edit
  • Portal for the brand or the retail chain, with its own login. An insurer can come in as a partner, with its portfolio
  • Survey by email or SMS, and a low score opens a recovery case

Other repair services

Also for workshops and manufacturers

Workshops

The vehicle or the machine is the asset, spare parts are deducted from stock and the quote comes from the work order. Handover is signed.

Manufacturers with a service network

Each partner is a customer with its own portal, and the central parts department works with its own part numbers.

Who it is for

marIA

AI in After-Sales

  • Replies to the customer or the brand

marIA writes the draft with the appliance history in front of it. A person sends it.

  • Summarizes calls and voice notes

What the technician says ends up written on the service request.

  • Handles the portal

The chatbot answers the common questions and hands off to a person when needed.

What it does not do: send the drafts: a person does.

You do not need AI to get started. Turn it on whenever you want. See the attendo AI

Integrations

What it connects with

If a brand can send you service requests via API, they come in automatically, as an integration project. If not, they arrive by email or form, and attendo organizes them the same way. Quotes, orders and delivery notes flow to your ERP, which issues the invoice.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Are After-Sales and CMMS the same thing?

No. After-Sales handles the after-sales service for your customers’ equipment; the CMMS organizes the maintenance of assets with their plans. In attendo they share assets, work orders, people and documents, so you can use both at once.

Our repair service software knows our industry. Why switch?

Warranties, brands and workflows are configured during onboarding. What attendo adds is what classic repair service software usually lacks: WhatsApp, portal, mobile, web quotes with payment, and AI.

Can the customer accept and pay from their phone?

Yes. They get the quote with your branding, choose an option, accept and pay the deposit. The card never goes through attendo.

What do we send to the brand?

The signed service report for every job, plus the turnaround and satisfaction reports for their account, exported.

Does it connect to manufacturer portals?

There are no connectors with manufacturer portals. If the brand offers an API, service requests can come in automatically, as an integration project. If not, by email or form.

Does it replace my invoicing?

No. attendo is not an ERP or accounting software: the invoice is issued by your connected ERP, which receives the quote, order and delivery note without anyone retyping them.
