The challenges

Many units, thin margins

An elevator service company lives on doing the same job well every month. And on responding fast when something stops.

  • Inspection pending

Periodic inspections for the whole portfolio

Every unit has its inspection and frequency. Splitting them by technician and zone every month takes days of spreadsheet work.

  • Entrapment in progress

    Entrapments at any hour

Trapped passengers and breakdowns with committed response times, around the clock. You need to know instantly who is closest.

  • Deficiency open

    Inspection deficiencies with deadlines

The periodic inspection leaves deficiencies that must be corrected in time. Proving it later means digging up reports and photos.

How attendo solves it

Each challenge, with the modules that solve it

They are modules of the same platform: you turn on the ones you use, and they all work on the same record.

Inspections for the whole portfolio, on autopilot

Plans create each unit’s work orders on their due date, split by technician and zone in the scheduling calendar. Technicians see them in the app, ordered by route.

Entrapments go to the closest technician

A service contract with its SLA, prioritized requests with notifications, and Field Radar to see who is free and closest. Requests come in by phone, WhatsApp or portal.

Every deficiency, corrected with evidence

Each inspection deficiency is a work order with a due date, checklist, photos and signature. The building owner or property manager checks it in their portal.

A typical day · example

An entrapment on a Sunday night

From the emergency call to the report the building owner sees, with every time logged. Example scenario, with made-up data.

  1. Step 1

    The call comes in

The on-call service receives the call from the elevator. The request opens with the unit, the building and entrapment priority.

  2. Step 2

    The closest tech goes

Field Radar shows the on-call technician ten minutes away. The request lands in the app with the unit’s history.

  3. Step 3

    Rescue and repair

The technician frees the passenger, checks the controller and notes the cause. Arrival and rescue times stay on the request.

  4. Step 4

    The owner sees it

The building manager checks the signed report in the portal, with the response time against the contract.

marIA, the attendo AI

marIA at an elevator company

It summarizes and answers with the history of every unit.

  • Sums up the unit

Breakdowns, inspections and open deficiencies for an elevator, in one paragraph, before you talk to the building owner.

  • Ask your portfolio

“Which units have open deficiencies due this month?” It answers with your data and shows the query.

  • Likely diagnosis

Using the unit’s history, AI-CMMS proposes the most likely cause of a recurring breakdown.

What it does not do: It does not answer emergency calls or dispatch rescues without a person.

Honesty

What attendo does not do

Better to know before the demo. And if your case calls for another tool, we will tell you.

  • Recurring billing, in your ERP

Recurring billing per unit is handled by your connected ERP. attendo sends it what it needs.

  • Inspection frequencies are configured

attendo does not ship preloaded frequencies for each type of unit: they are set up in the plans with your engineer.

  • No certifications of its own

attendo does not hold ISO 27001 or ENS. If a customer requires them in a bid, let’s talk first.

Regulations

Regulations you can document

The obligation is yours and your engineer’s or advisor’s. attendo helps you document every inspection and every step, with its date, its author and its evidence.

  • Royal Decree 355/2024 (Spain) · elevators

Periodic inspections and deficiency correction, as plans and work orders with due dates and evidence.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How are inspections organized across the portfolio?

Each unit is an asset with its inspection plan. Plans create the work orders on their due date, and the scheduling calendar splits them by technician and zone.

How are entrapments handled?

As requests with the highest priority and the contract’s rescue SLA. Field Radar shows which technician is free and closest.

What does the building owner see?

In their portal, their units, their requests, the signed reports and the open deficiencies, if you choose to show them.

Does it handle the required frequency for each unit?

You configure it in the plans, with the frequency your engineer specifies. attendo creates the work orders and keeps the evidence.

Does it work for automatic and garage doors?

Yes. They are units with their own record, plan and history, just like an elevator.

Does it bill maintenance fees?

No. Recurring billing is handled by your connected ERP, because attendo is not an ERP or accounting software. attendo connects natively with Odoo, Business Central, SAP Business One or Holded.
