Engineering and projects
Projects measured as they move forward
Plan with a Gantt chart and a baseline, approve every change with its impact and track the cost of each line item live. All in the same documents.

The problem
Projects, changes and revisions with approval
Planning lives in a separate Gantt chart, changes are approved by email and nobody knows which drawing revision is the right one. The project margin shows up at month-end close.
Processes you set up in attendo
- Projects with sections and line items, and a Gantt chart with dependencies, baseline and actual progress
- Live project cost: hours at their rate, expenses and materials charged to each line item
- Engineering change requests with their impact on schedule and cost, and approval by link
- Drawing and document revisions with statuses, a reviewer and recorded approval
- Deliverables as tasks with a date and an owner, visible on the team calendar
- Import of budgets in BC3 format from Presto or Arquimedes
Ready to go: attendo Projects It adds team workload, logged hours and costs, shared whiteboards and the handover to maintenance. See attendo Projects
How it is set up
A typical process, step by step
With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.
- Step 1
You plan
You import the budget or create sections and line items. You set the baseline and the Gantt chart draws the dependencies.
- Step 2
You execute
Hours, expenses and materials are charged to each line item. Actual progress is compared with the baseline.
- Step 3
You change with control
Each change is a document with its impact on schedule and cost. The approver signs off from their phone, with a code.
- Step 4
You measure the margin
The running cost is visible without waiting for month-end close. The workload view tells you who is overloaded before you commit to another date.

Frequently asked questions
Does the Gantt chart work on mobile?
No, on purpose. The Gantt chart and the editors are used on desktop. On mobile you work on tasks, hours and checklists.
Can I import my budget from Presto?
Yes, in BC3 format. It is worth testing with one of your own files before starting the project.
Does it keep every version of each drawing?
Each revision is attached to its document with its date and author, and the status shows which one is approved. attendo is not a CAD file manager.
