Every unit with its history, every brand with its SLA

For authorized service centers, independent multi-brand shops and manufacturers’ in-house service. Requests arrive with the brand and its terms, the warranty is settled before the visit and the part on order never drops out of sight.

The challenges

Three different customers on every request

The brand sets the terms, the insurer pays and the consumer opens the door. Each one expects something different from the same request.

  • SLA at risk

    Every brand, its own terms

Requests from brands, insurers and consumers come in through different channels. The SLA and what can be billed change every time, and people check them from memory.

  • Warranty unchecked

Warranty gets decided at the customer’s door

Without the serial number and purchase date at hand, the technician finds out on site whether it is warranty or billable. Sometimes they leave without getting paid.

  • Waiting for parts

    Repairs stalled for a part

The request sits at “waiting for parts” and nobody knows when the part arrives, which warehouse has it or who needs to be told.

How attendo solves it

Each challenge, with the modules that solve it

They are modules of the same platform: you turn on the ones you use, and they all work on the same record.

Every brand with its contract and SLA

Service contracts per brand or insurer, with the SLA running on your business calendar. Requests come in by email, WhatsApp, phone, website chatbot or portal, and consumers book their own appointment online.

Warranty or quote, before the visit

The unit record keeps the serial number, purchase date and warranty. If the repair is not covered, the quote goes out as a web quote: the customer accepts it, signs it and pays the deposit.

The part on order, always in view

Planned parts are reserved on the request. Stock is spread across several warehouses, with transfers between them, and purchase orders are created automatically when something runs short.

A typical day · example

A washer under warranty that needs a part

From the brand’s request to a repair closed on time, with a transfer between warehouses along the way. Example scenario, with made-up data.

  1. Step 1

    The brand sends the request

It arrives by email with the serial number. attendo links it to the brand’s contract and starts its SLA clock.

  2. Step 2

    The warranty is checked

The unit record confirms the purchase date: it is covered. The consumer picks a time slot on the booking page.

  3. Step 3

    The drain pump is missing

The technician diagnoses the problem and orders the part from the app. The other branch has one in stock, so a transfer is requested.

  4. Step 4

    Closed and reported

Second visit, repair and customer signature. The brand gets the report and the request closes within its deadline.

marIA, the attendo AI

marIA at a repair business

Less time on the phone, and records anyone can pick up at first glance.

  • Drafts the reply

It writes the message to the customer or the brand with the real status of the request. You review it before it goes out.

  • Sums up the record

Unit, warranty, visits, parts and calls, in one paragraph, for whoever picks up the request halfway through.

  • Reviews calls

It summarizes recorded calls and flags the ones worth reviewing, with the AI call monitoring in telephony.

What it does not do: It does not decide whether a repair is under warranty: the unit record says so and a person confirms it.

Honesty

What attendo does not do

Better to know before the demo. And if your case calls for another tool, we will tell you.

  • Each manufacturer’s portal, through the API

Connecting to a specific brand’s portal is done with the API, as a project. There are no ready-made connectors for every manufacturer.

  • Your accounting stays put

attendo prepares what is billable, and the invoice is issued by your connected ERP: Odoo, Business Central, SAP Business One, Holded or another one through API v4. attendo is not an ERP or accounting software.

  • Not a parts store

attendo tracks your stock and your purchasing, but it does not sell parts to the public.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I work with several brands at once?

Yes. Each brand or insurer has its own contract, with its SLA and terms. Requests inherit them when they come in, and the SLA report breaks down by brand.

How do I know if a repair is under warranty?

From the unit record: serial number, purchase date and warranty. It is checked when the request is opened, before anyone is sent out.

Can the customer pay before the visit?

Yes. The quote goes out as a web quote: the customer accepts it, signs it and pays the deposit online with attendo Pay, through your own payment gateway.

Does it track parts inventory?

Yes. Stock across several warehouses, transfers, serial numbers and warranties, and purchase orders created when something runs short.

Does it connect with a manufacturer’s portal?

With the API and webhooks, as an integration project. There are no ready-made connectors for every brand.

Does it work for a manufacturer’s in-house service?

Yes. It is the same record, with the end customer, the dealer and the unit sold. See the page for equipment manufacturers and distributors.
