Quote management

The quote your customer accepts from their phone

You prepare the quote with your options and publish it as a page with your brand. The customer picks, adjusts quantities and accepts or declines. You know when they opened it and how it closed.

  • The customer picks the option and quantities
  • Secure link that expires
  • Signature and deposit in the same step

Quote management and web quotes: what it does

Quotes with options

Versions, optional lines, stacked discounts, withholding per line and an expiry date. The catalog adds images, variants and quantity breaks. Your customer gets clear alternatives, not one PDF per variant.

A page with your brand

The quote is built from blocks in your library: cover, letter, benefits and terms. It carries the style of its document type and the brand of the issuing company. Before publishing it, you check it in preview.

The customer picks and accepts

They see the options you give them, change quantities, and the amount follows the volume pricing set at publication. They accept or decline with one click, with nothing to print or scan.

Know where it stands

You see when they opened the quote. And the document says how it closed: accepted or declined, and with which option. Your sales rep calls knowing what happened, not to ask whether it arrived.

Signature and deposit

If they accept, they pay the deposit with attendo Pay on your gateway or attach proof of the bank transfer. The signature goes out from the record with attendo eSign. The deposit is requested only once.

From yes to order

The accepted quote generates the order and the delivery note, with lines linked to the source. If you set it up with attendo Flows, acceptance creates the order and schedules the visit.

How it works

Step by step

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the quote

From the opportunity or from the list, with your catalog, your price lists and the options you want to offer.

  2. Step 2

    Publish the quote

Send it by email, or share its link and access code over whichever channel you prefer. You can renew or revoke it.

  3. Step 3

    The customer responds

They open the quote on their phone or computer, pick an option, adjust quantities and accept or decline.

  4. Step 4

    Sign and pay

If you have attendo eSign and attendo Pay turned on, they sign and pay the deposit without leaving the flow.

  5. Step 5

    On to the work

The document is marked accepted with the chosen option and generates the order without retyping. The invoice is then issued by your connected ERP: attendo is not an ERP or accounting software.

marIA in Web quotes

With AI web quotes, marIA drafts the cover letter, the sales pitch, the customer’s SWOT and their frequently asked questions. It starts from what attendo knows about that customer. It only proposes figures that are in your data, and none comes preselected. Each block waits for the sales rep to read it and, by default, the quote is not published until then. Every operation is logged with who started it, the model and its cost, and spending has the cap you set. It works with Scaleway or with your Microsoft 365 Copilot, because it handles customer data.

Honesty

Where it fits (and where it does not)

  • Without attendo eSign or attendo Pay, the quote can be accepted or declined, but not signed or paid online. They are separate modules.

  • Volume pricing is calculated once, when the quote is published. It does not recalculate on its own if you change your price lists later.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the customer need a username and password?

No. They open the quote with its link and access code, which you can renew or revoke at any time.

Can they choose between several options?

Yes. You give them the options you want and they change quantities. The document records whether they accepted or declined, and with which option.

What happens when they accept?

The document is marked accepted and can generate the order without retyping. If you have attendo eSign and attendo Pay, they sign and pay the deposit in the same step.

Does the AI write the quote for me?

It drafts each block, and by default nothing is published until you review it. Every operation is logged with its cost, and spending has the cap you set.

Is the page the customer opens secure?

It carries security headers, and an expired link does not reveal who issued the quote.
