Sections, line items and documents
The project is structured into sections, line items and sub-items. Each piece of work is a document with its owner, its checklist and its service report, just like any work order.

Projects and construction
Each project is split into sections and line items, and each piece of work is a document with an owner. Hours, expenses and materials add up live, without waiting for month-end close.
Work and planning
The project is structured into sections, line items and sub-items. Each piece of work is a document with its owner, its checklist and its service report, just like any work order.
The site report records the measurements and the progress billing for each line item. What is measured on site stays in the project, not in a notebook.
Hours at their rate, expenses and materials add up while the work happens, and progress comes from closed documents. With the Gantt chart you compare planned against actual.
The portfolio brings your projects together, and the workload view shows who is overloaded before you commit to a date. By day, week or month, based on each person’s actual working hours.
You import the budget from Presto or Arquimedes in BC3 format: sections, line items and amounts arrive without retyping. And the project report prints with your branding.
A live whiteboard with charts, notes, annotations, drawings, images and rich text. The text supports headings, task lists and links to documents, users, customers, projects and groups. You see each person’s cursor and who changed what, with history and named versions.
How it works
This is how it is used day to day, on the same document as the rest of the modules.
Manually or from a BC3 file, with its sections, line items and amounts.
Dates, estimated hours and owners, with the Gantt chart and team workload in view.
Technicians close their service reports with hours, materials and measurements, from their phone or their desktop.
Progress and cost update with every closed document, and profitability is reported per project.

Honesty
The portfolio, the workload view and the Gantt chart are desktop screens. On mobile, technicians work on their documents.
If your BC3 file has many levels, part of the hierarchy is flattened on import. Check the structure before planning.
