attendo Tasks

What needs doing, with a name and a date

Tasks inside the ticket, the work order or the opportunity, and standalone tasks you jot down from any screen. Templates fill in the usual steps and everyone sees their own, with overdue items in red.

  • Templates per document type
  • Agenda with “Me” and “My groups”
  • Overdue in red on the home screen

Work and planning

attendo Tasks: what it does

Tasks inside the document

Every ticket, work order or opportunity has its own task list. Tasks are checked off from desktop or mobile, and whoever opens the record sees what is left without asking anyone.

Standalone tasks, from any screen

Jot down the task wherever you are, with its date. If it later needs a document, you link it to the right one or create it from the task itself. If it is no longer needed, it is canceled without counting as done.

Templates per type

You build a template for each document type: a sales cycle, a return or a new hire, with its tasks grouped in blocks. It fills in the usual steps and the person completes what changes.

Everyone sees their own

Every task has an owner and a date. The task agenda separates yours, under “Me”, from your teams’, under “My groups”. No one combs through other people’s lists to find out what is theirs today.

Overdue, in plain sight

Anything past its date shows in red on each person’s home screen, and dated tasks also appear on the calendar. The delay is visible the same day, not at the Friday meeting.

Tasks created by a flow

With attendo Flows, repetitive tasks create themselves. If a quote has gone a week without a response, the sales rep gets a follow-up task. You set it up once and review it before switching it on.

How it works

Step by step

This is how it is used day to day, on the same document as the rest of the modules.

  1. Step 1

    Build the templates

Per document type, with the visual designer: the phases of a sale, a return or a work order.

  2. Step 2

    Apply them on the record

When working the ticket, the work order or the opportunity, you apply its template and the tasks appear with their owner.

  3. Step 3

    Everyone sees their agenda

In the task agenda, with “Me” and “My groups”, and with overdue items in red on the home screen.

  4. Step 4

    Tasks get checked off

From desktop or mobile. Whoever opens the record knows what is done and what is left.

Honesty

Where it fits (and where it does not)

  • It is not a project management tool: phases with dependencies and a baseline are planned in the Gantt chart.

  • Templates do not come prebuilt. They are built per document type during onboarding.

  • The prioritized list of what is at risk of falling out of compliance, with overdue tasks included, is a different module: Compliance · My team.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I create a task without opening a document first?

Yes. A task can be created from any screen, with its date. If it later needs a document, you link it or create one from it.

Do task templates come prebuilt?

No. You or your partner build them during onboarding, one per document type. Then they are applied from the record.

What happens to tasks if I merge two duplicate documents?

They move to the document you keep. The merge also carries over attachments, checklists and notes.

Do tasks reach my ERP?

With Odoo, yes: tasks go back and forth as activities, with their status. The Odoo connector is native: you turn it on with your credentials and it is tested first in your ERP’s test environment.
