Hospitality, retail and multi-site operations

Every issue at every location, resolved and costed

For hotel groups, retail chains and franchises, restaurant groups and fitness clubs. Staff report with a QR code, the vendor works to its SLA and headquarters sees the whole network.

  • Issues by QR code, with photo and location
  • Vendors with their SLA and rating
  • Dashboards by location and region

Who it is for

Is it right for your company?

For companies that maintain many similar locations spread across the map:

  • Hotel groups and independent hotels
  • Retail chains and franchises
  • Restaurant groups
  • Gyms and fitness clubs

Not on the list? attendo can be set up for any line of business, with your document types, your fields and your vocabulary.

The challenges

Dozens of locations, one phone line

In a network, every location reports however it can and every vendor works its own way. Headquarters finds out late and without data.

  • No priority

    Issues by phone and WhatsApp

The manager calls, texts or sends a photo. With no priority or follow-up, the same issue gets reported three times.

  • No evidence

    Vendors nobody tracks

HVAC, kitchens and electrical are serviced by outside vendors. Nobody knows how long they take, and there is no evidence of what they did.

  • Inspection pending

Preventive work with no shared calendar

Each location has its HVAC, kitchen and fire protection inspections. Nobody sees the calendar for the whole network.

How attendo solves it

Each challenge, with the modules that solve it

They are modules of the same platform: you turn on the ones you use, and they all work on the same record.

Locations report with a QR code

Staff scan the QR code on the equipment or room and fill in a form with a photo and location, with no login. The issue is created with the location, the asset and the priority. AI Autopilot gives it an urgency score, so urgent work goes first.

Vendors with their portal and their SLA

Vendors receive the work in their portal, with the SLA from their contract. When it closes, the location can rate the service, and reports compare response times by vendor.

Preventive work across the network, in view

Plans by location and asset, and dashboards by location, region or line of business. Headquarters sees what is pending, what is overdue and what each location costs. And with AI-Chat it asks which locations have the most issues this month.

A typical day · example

A walk-in cooler fails at one of the chain’s restaurants

From the QR code on the door to the headquarters report, without a single phone call. Example scenario, with made-up data.

  1. Step 1

The manager scans the QR code

The cooler is losing temperature. The manager scans the QR code on the door, takes a photo and marks it urgent.

  2. Step 2

    It reaches the vendor

The issue lands in the refrigeration vendor’s portal with the SLA from its contract. Headquarters sees it on its board.

  3. Step 3

    Repaired with evidence

The vendor’s technician closes the report in the portal, with photos and the arrival time.

  4. Step 4

    Rated and analyzed

The manager rates the service. At month-end, the dashboard compares times and costs by location and by vendor.

marIA, the attendo AI

marIA across a network of locations

It brings order to incoming issues and answers with data from the whole network.

  • Puts urgent first

It scores each issue using the asset, the location and what the manager reports, so urgent work goes first.

  • Ask the network

“Which locations have the most HVAC issues this month?” It answers with your data and shows the query.

  • Sums up a location

Open issues, pending preventive work and slow vendors, in one paragraph, before the district manager visits.

What it does not do: It does not assign vendors or close issues without a person.

Honesty

What attendo does not do

Better to know before the demo. And if your case calls for another tool, we will tell you.

  • Not a PMS, POS or booking engine

attendo does not manage rooms, sales or guest reservations. Its booking module is for online appointments.

  • No space or room booking management

Maintaining the network, yes. Managing spaces belongs in another tool.

  • Your accounting stays put

attendo prepares what is billable, and the invoice is issued by your connected ERP: Odoo, Business Central, SAP Business One, Holded or another one through API v4. attendo is not an ERP or accounting software.

Regulations

Regulations you can document

The obligation is yours and your engineer’s or advisor’s. attendo helps you document every inspection and every step, with its date, its author and its evidence.

  • RITE (Spain) · building thermal installations

Each location’s HVAC inspections, as plans with their checklist.

  • RIPCI (Spain) · fire protection systems

Each location’s fire protection inspections, with the signed record.

  • HACCP · food safety

Kitchen and temperature checks at restaurants, as periodic checklists.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How do location staff report an issue?

By scanning the QR code on the equipment or room, with no username or password. The form captures the photo and location, and the issue arrives with the location identified.

Can outside vendors work in attendo?

Yes, in the vendor portal: they receive the work, close it with their report and photos, and it stays in the location’s history.

Can I see data by location and region?

Yes. Dashboards filter by location, region or line of business, and reports compare times and costs.

Does it work for hotels?

For their maintenance, yes: rooms, HVAC, kitchens and common areas. Reservations and room management stay in your PMS.

Can I start with a few locations?

Yes. The usual approach is to start with one region or brand and roll it out to the network once it works.

Does it connect with my ERP?

Yes, with Odoo, Business Central, SAP Business One and Holded, and with the API and webhooks for everything else.
