attendo IoT
Your sensors and your equipment, monitored in real time
Connect sensors, meters and machines, see their readings on live dashboards and get an alarm on WhatsApp, by SMS or with a call when something goes out of range. In the European cloud or on your own servers.
- LoRaWAN, MQTT, NB-IoT, Modbus and more
- Alarms by WhatsApp, SMS, call, email or push
- European cloud or your own servers
The problem
Without data, you find out too late
The cold room warms up on Saturday night and nobody knows until Monday. A tank runs dry before the next round. Consumption shoots up and you only see it on the bill.
The data was there, in the sensor. It just never reached the person who had to act in time.
What it connects
The sensors you already have, and the ones you will add
It works with the most common protocols and with the LoRaWAN network you already use. Each device arrives with its decoder, so its readings come in clean from day one.
- LoRaWAN through the usual network servers: The Things Stack, ChirpStack, LORIOT, ThingPark and Helium, among others, even several at once
- MQTT with a built-in broker, decoders and commands back to the device
- NB-IoT, Bluetooth BLE, HTTP/REST, TCP and GPS
- Modbus and OPC UA through a local gateway, for PLCs and industrial equipment
- Sigfox, on request

A library of devices ready to connect
Adding a sensor means choosing it from the library and giving it a name. The library brings official decoders for more than 380 LoRaWAN sensors from manufacturers such as Milesight, Dragino, Netvox and Decentlab. If yours is not there, its decoder is written once and serves the whole fleet.
- Device templates and variable types
- Connection with AWS IoT and Azure IoT
- Custom scripts for special devices

What you see
Dashboards built for each person
Each team builds its own dashboard with gauges, charts, tables, maps and synoptics. And sees the live value next to its history, to compare periods or spot a slow drift.
- Gauges, thermometers, wind roses and energy synoptics
- Live and historical data, with period comparison
- Maps with the position of assets and vehicle routes
- Thermal camera views

Web SCADA, without installing anything
Draw the process as it is: a building with its climate zones, a production line or a pumping station. Each role sees its own view, and the alarms appear right on the drawing.
- Process views per role
- Equipment states and commands from the view
- Alarms and history on the same screen

Alarms
The alarm reaches whoever has to act
Set thresholds per device or per group. When a reading goes out of range, the alarm goes out on the channel each person uses, and stays open until someone handles it.
- Five channels: email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice call and push on the phone
- Active alarms with their severity, site, assignee and how long they have been open
- Timeline of each alarm next to the reading that triggered it
- Your own notification templates

Rules without code
Process readings and automate responses with rules you build without programming. For special cases, a JavaScript scripting engine.
An assistant that knows your data
Ask in plain language, such as the temperature of a compressor or the open alarms, and it answers with your live and historical readings. It only shows what each user is allowed to see, and logs every question.
Users and permissions
Organisations, groups, users and roles, so that each person only uses what they need. And a dashboard can be shared by link when no login is needed.
With attendo CMMS
The breakdown opens its own incident
When an alarm or a breakdown occurs, attendo IoT and attendo CMMS connect internally and the incident is created automatically, with its asset and priority. Nobody has to copy it by hand.
- Sensor A reading goes out of range
- attendo IoT Raises the alarm and notifies
- attendo CMMS Creates the incident automatically
- Technician Receives it on the app and resolves it
If you serve several customers
Each customer, in their own space
One installation serves many customers. Each one has its portal, its users and its permissions, and only sees its own devices and data. You manage them all from one central view.
- Data isolated per customer
- Roles and permissions per organisation, group and user
- A new space with a single action

Where it runs
In the cloud, on your servers and on the phone
European cloud
Hosted on AWS, in the Frankfurt region for European customers. Shared or dedicated instance.
On your servers
For larger deployments, installed in your own infrastructure with the same features.
iOS and Android app
Devices, readings and alarms on the phone, to respond from wherever you are.
Use cases
What companies monitor with attendo IoT
- MachineryEquipment monitored in real time, with alerts before a breakdown.
- Cold chainCold rooms and transport within range, with an alarm when they leave it.
- Energy and consumptionElectricity, gas and solar measured, to see where the money goes.
- BuildingsComfort, climate and water, with a view per building and per floor.
- Tank levelsLevels in real time, to refill on time and avoid overflows.
- Early fire detectionThermal cameras that warn of hot spots before smoke appears.
- Assets and vehiclesLocation and status of valuable equipment and fleets.
- Industrial processesProduction variables and PLCs on one screen, without a traditional SCADA.
Good to know
What attendo IoT is, and what it is not
- It is a separate product.
attendo IoT is contracted and runs on its own. You do not need the rest of attendo to use it, and if you use attendo CMMS, alarms open their incident automatically.
- It is not a LoRaWAN network server.
The radio side is handled by your network server (The Things Stack, ChirpStack, LORIOT…); attendo IoT receives the decoded readings and works with them.
- The hardware is standard and commercial.
We advise you on compatible sensors, meters and gateways, and you buy them from your trusted suppliers. If a device is not in the library, its decoder is written once.
Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the rest of attendo to use attendo IoT?
No. attendo IoT is a separate product: it is contracted and runs on its own. If you also use attendo CMMS, an alarm or breakdown automatically creates the incident there.
Who supplies the sensors?
You do, from your trusted suppliers: the hardware is standard and commercial. We advise you on which sensors, meters and gateways are compatible with what you want to monitor.
Can I connect the sensors I already have?
Yes, if they use one of the supported protocols: LoRaWAN, MQTT, NB-IoT, Bluetooth BLE, HTTP/REST, TCP or GPS, and Modbus or OPC UA through a local gateway. The library brings official decoders for more than 380 LoRaWAN sensors.
How do alarms arrive?
By email, SMS, WhatsApp, voice call or push on the phone, as configured for each customer. Each alarm stays open with its severity and assignee until someone handles it.
Where is the data stored?
In the cloud, on AWS in the Frankfurt region for European customers, or on your own servers in larger deployments.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for iOS and Android: devices, live readings and alarms.
