The problem
Complaints, suggestions and case files, tracked
Residents file complaints at the front desk, by email or by phone and do not know where they stand. Each department handles its case files its own way and deadlines are tracked by hand.
Processes you set up in attendo
- Complaints and suggestions via portal, QR form or email, with a tracking code
- Internal case files with phases, deadlines and an owner per department
- Building and street issues that become a work order for the maintenance crew
- Whistleblowing channel with anonymous reporting and tracked deadlines
- Working time records for office staff and the maintenance crew
- Reports on deadlines and responses per department, with traffic-light targets
How it is set up
A typical process, step by step
With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.
- Step 1
A resident files it
From the portal, the facility’s QR code or email. They get a code to track their case without calling.
- Step 2
It is processed
The case reaches the right department, with its configured deadline. If someone needs to go out, it becomes a work order for the crew.
- Step 3
Closed with a response
The crew closes it with a photo and signature. The response goes out from the record and stays in the case file.

Frequently asked questions
Is attendo ENS certified?
We do not hold certification under the ENS, Spain’s National Security Framework. We do document the controls: EU hosting, encryption, single sign-on, two-factor authentication and access logs.
Does it handle e-government procedures?
No. attendo is not an official e-government portal or registry. It works alongside your processing platform and connects via API, as an integration project.
Is the portal accessible?
Without an accessibility audit, we do not claim conformity with Spain’s Royal Decree 1112/2018 on web accessibility. If your tender requires it, we discuss it before you invest time.
