attendo Flows · Business Process Flow (BPF) · AI-Flows

Your team’s rules, turned into flows

attendo Flows reacts to what happens: an email, a form, a status change. Business Process Flow (BPF) sets the phases and the approvals. AI-Flows adds AI where you put it.

  • No code
  • History of every run
  • Your flows survive every update

Automation and AI

attendo Flows, Business Process Flow (BPF) and AI-Flows: what it does

Triggers of every kind

A flow starts with an email, a call, a WhatsApp message, a form, a webhook, a time of day or a button. It can also start when a document changes status. Whatever happens is already a starting point.

Conditions and actions

You filter on fields from the document, the customer or the contract, and route by value. Then you act: create, assign, change status, send an email or a text message, or call any API without writing code.

Phased processes

With BPF, the phases show on the record and each one has its requirements. Closing stays locked until the checklist is signed. No one skips a step.

Approval by link

Approvers get a link and approve from their phone, with a code and no user account. AI plays no part in the run: the process is exactly the one you design.

AI inside the flow

With AI-Flows, a flow step summarizes a text, transcribes audio or detects tone. And an AI decision node classifies an email so the flow takes the right branch. You decide where AI comes in.

Describe it in plain language

You write what should happen and marIA proposes the flow, or the changes to one that already exists. You review it before saving and, if it does not work for you, you undo it. This is the part of AI-Flows you will see as marIA Flows.

How it works

Step by step

This is how it is used day to day, on the same document as the rest of the modules.

  1. Step 1

    Pick the type of automation

A rule that reacts is attendo Flows. A process with phases to complete is Business Process Flow (BPF). An AI step inside the flow is AI-Flows.

  2. Step 2

    Draw it or describe it

Place the trigger, conditions and actions in the editor, or describe the case to marIA and review its proposal. Built-in flows are ready to switch on.

  3. Step 3

Validate it and switch it on

The validator will not let you activate an incomplete flow. Flows that write to your customers ship switched off: turning them on is your call.

  4. Step 4

    Follow it in the history

Every run records which path it took and what each step did. If something looks off, marIA explains that run in plain language.

marIA in Flows and AI-Flows

In AI-Flows, marIA summarizes, transcribes, classifies or detects tone at the step where you place it. In the editor, it proposes flows and explains runs. BPF does not use AI when it runs. Every AI operation is logged with who started it, the model and its cost. Spending has the monthly cap you set. See how AI is kept under control.

Honesty

Where it fits (and where it does not)

  • Flows are configured in the editor, not through the API.

  • Flows that answer your customers with AI are not switched on out of the box. An administrator turns them on, one by one.

Approval workflow

Approval process · sign-off workflow

An approval workflow is the path a request follows until someone with authority accepts or rejects it: who approves, in what order, within what limits and by when.

Business process management

BPM (business process management) is the practice of describing how each process in an organization is done, running it the same way every time, measuring it and improving it.

Processes and automation

Webhook

HTTP callback · reverse API

A webhook is an automatic notice that one system sends to another, at a web address, as soon as something happens: a new order, a payment or an approved document.

Support and service

Escalation

Ticket escalation

Escalation is handing a case over to a higher level, because of its technical complexity or because it is running late.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between attendo Flows and Business Process Flow (BPF)?

Flows reacts to what happens, and BPF sets the phases of a document and what is still missing to move forward. One process can use both.

I have never designed a flow. Can I set one up myself?

Yes. You describe it in plain language, marIA proposes the flow, you review it and, if you do not like it, you undo it. Without AI, the editor works just the same.

Do I lose my flows when attendo is updated?

No. Updates do not touch your flows, and built-in flows are restored only when you ask.

Can AI write to a customer from a flow?

Only if you turn it on. Automatic replies based on your FAQs or your documentation ship switched off. Turning them on is an explicit step by an administrator, and it is logged.

Do I need another automation tool?

Not for what happens in attendo. Triggers, calls to other APIs and webhooks live inside it, with their history. If you already use one, it connects by webhook.

Request a demo

Try it with your processes

We will show it to you with your own document types and the way you work. If it is not a fit, we will tell you.

  • With your operation, not a generic demo
  • A real person from our team replies
  • No cold calls afterwards

Would you rather talk first?

Which area do you want to see in the demo?

With your work email we prepare the demo around your case.

In one or two sentences.

If you chose Maintenance (CMMS)

If you chose Field work (Field Service)

If you chose Facility Management

If you chose any other area

Only if you would rather we call you.
