attendo eSign

The contract gets signed from its record

You send the quote or the contract for signature without leaving the document. You follow each envelope from a list, and it closes when the last signer signs.

  • From the document’s record
  • Recurring signers
  • All your envelopes in one list

Documents and signature

attendo eSign: what it does

Sent for signature from the record

The quote or the contract goes out for signature from the document itself. You do not download a PDF to upload it to another platform: everything goes out from the document that asked for it.

Sequential sealing

Signatures are sealed in sequence, one after another, and the envelope closes when the last signer signs. You know where each envelope stands without asking anyone.

Recurring signers

A customer’s general manager or your own authorized signatory sign often. You save them as recurring signers and never retype their details for each envelope.

Every envelope in view

One list brings together the envelopes sent, those awaiting signature and those already closed. No one chases a signature by email without knowing whether it arrived.

Signature level, in writing

Advanced or qualified signature, with sealing by a qualified trust service provider. Which level your plan covers, and which documents it is enough for, we confirm in writing before you sign up.

Fingerprint on the blockchain

The fingerprint of every signed document is stored on the blockchain, as is that of its timeline events and evidence. So you can prove the document has not changed since it was signed.

How it works

Step by step

This is how it is used day to day, on the same document as the rest of the modules.

  1. Step 1

    Prepare the document

The quote or the contract, with its print template and your branding.

  2. Step 2

    Choose who signs

Signers from your customer or from your company, or from your list of recurring signers.

  3. Step 3

    Send it from the record

The envelope goes out from the document and appears in the envelope list, where you follow its status.

  4. Step 4

It closes with the last signature

Signatures are sealed in sequence and the envelope closes when the last signer signs.

Honesty

Where it fits (and where it does not)

  • Which signature level each document needs is something to assess with your legal advisor: attendo does not give legal advice.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How legally valid is the signature?

It depends on the level you use: advanced or qualified signature, with sealing and evidence. We confirm in writing which signature level covers each case.

How do I get it?

It is a module you turn on when you need it, and it works with credit bundles. We detail how many credits each signature uses in the proposal.

Does your customer need an attendo account to sign?

No. Whoever has to sign can do so without being an attendo user.

Is it the same as the signature on the technician’s phone?

No. That is the on-screen signature in the checklist, with a timestamp, author and document lock. To sign a contract or a quote with stronger guarantees, there is eSign.

Does it work together with web quotes and payments?

Yes. The customer accepts the web quote, pays the deposit with attendo Pay and signs with eSign, all from the same document.
