Energy and renewables

Remote sites, technicians on the road and every outage on record

For solar installers, operations and maintenance companies, EV charging contractors and energy service companies. The sale, the install and the maintenance of the same customer, in one system.

  • From lead to signed installation
  • Scheduling with Gantt, routes and Field Radar
  • Sensors and IoT with AI-based predictive maintenance
Real-time location map next to the list of technicians, showing whether they are online and free, their last address and the time of their position

Who it is for

Is it right for your company?

For companies that install, operate or maintain energy systems:

  • Operations and maintenance of solar and wind farms
  • Residential and commercial solar installers
  • EV charger installation and maintenance
  • Energy service companies
  • Electrical contractors

Not on the list? attendo can be set up for any line of business, with your document types, your fields and your vocabulary.

The challenges

Lots of miles and little room for error

Sites are far apart and every trip counts. And in residential solar, sales and installs move faster than the tools.

  • Repeat visit

A badly planned trip costs a whole day

Sites are hours apart. If the technician arrives without the part or the history, they drive back and the trip happens again.

  • No tracking

    Solar sales across five tools

Leads, quotes, permitting, installation and after-sales, each one somewhere else. The customer calls to ask where their install stands.

  • Not calculated

    Warranties and availability by hand

Inverters, panels and chargers with different warranties. Each site’s availability is worked out in a spreadsheet whenever someone asks.

How attendo solves it

Each challenge, with the modules that solve it

They are modules of the same platform: you turn on the ones you use, and they all work on the same record.

Every visit, with its route and history

Gantt and scheduling calendar for visits, daily dispatch with time windows, Field Radar and an offline app. The technician heads out with the equipment history and the planned materials.

From lead to install, in one system

CRM with prospecting, ad campaigns measured by their ROI, AI-drafted quotes and e-signature. Each install is a project with a Gantt chart and task templates, and when it is done its equipment becomes assets with a maintenance plan.

Every piece of equipment, with its warranty and readings

Inverters, panels and chargers with serial number and warranty. Sensors and IoT feed AI-based predictive maintenance, and the metrics give each asset’s availability. Work orders can also come from other systems through the API. And with AI-Chat you ask which sites had the most outages this quarter.

A typical day · example

An inverter that stops producing at a remote site

From the monitoring alarm to a logged outage, with a single trip. Example scenario, with made-up data.

  1. Step 1

    The alarm comes in

The monitoring system sends the alarm through the API, and attendo opens the corrective work order with the site and the inverter identified.

  2. Step 2

    The trip is planned

The office combines the work order with the preventive visit due at that site. The technician leaves with both on the route and the part on the truck.

  3. Step 3

    Work happens offline

There is no signal at the site. The app saves the checklist, photos and readings, and uploads everything on the way back.

  4. Step 4

    The outage is logged

The work order closes with the downtime hours and the part swap. The manufacturer’s warranty is noted on the asset.

marIA, the attendo AI

marIA in energy and renewables

It helps you sell faster and maintain with data.

  • Predictive with your readings

With sensors connected, AI models propose an intervention before the equipment fails.

  • AI-drafted quotes

It prepares the draft solar quote with your products. The sales rep reviews it and sends it.

  • Ask your data

“Which sites had the most outages this quarter?” marIA answers with your data and shows the query.

What it does not do: It does not control the plant or calculate its energy yield.

Honesty

What attendo does not do

Better to know before the demo. And if your case calls for another tool, we will tell you.

  • Not monitoring or SCADA

attendo does not read the plant’s production or calculate its performance. It receives alarms from your monitoring system through the API, as an integration project.

  • Permitting, as tasks

Permitting and interconnection paperwork is tracked as project tasks and documents. attendo does not file it with the authorities.

  • Not a retail energy billing system

attendo does not bill energy to thousands of customer accounts. That belongs in the energy retailer’s own system.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it work for a residential solar installer?

Yes. You manage leads, quotes and signatures in the CRM and the install as a project. When it is done, the system moves into maintenance with its equipment and its plans.

Does it connect with my monitoring system?

Through the API, as an integration project: alarms can open work orders in attendo. Monitoring stays in your system.

Does the app work at sites with no signal?

Yes. The app saves checklists, photos and readings offline and syncs them when the signal returns.

Does it track inverter and panel warranties?

Yes. Each piece of equipment is an asset with its serial number, warranty and service history.

Can I schedule several sites at once?

Yes, with the Gantt chart and the scheduling calendar. Daily dispatch with time windows orders each technician’s visits.

Does it work for EV chargers?

Yes. Each charger is an asset with its maintenance plan, and issues can come in through the charger’s own QR code.
