Internal IT and employee help desk

The IT help desk your employees actually use

Your employees ask for help by email, portal or the QR code on their device, without learning another tool. IT works with SLAs, assets with history and onboarding that misses nothing.

The problem

Employee support, with SLAs and assets

Support is requested by email, over chat and in the hallway. New user setups always miss something and nobody knows which laptop each person has.

Processes you set up in attendo

  • Requests via Teams, Slack, email, QR form or portal, with first response and resolution SLAs
  • IT assets with QR codes: the employee scans their laptop and the request comes in linked to the device
  • User onboarding and offboarding with a task template: account, permissions, equipment and return
  • Changes with approval by link, on a kanban board from requested to closed and with their window on the calendar
  • Major incidents with containment tasks, a status update and an assigned vendor
  • Reports on SLA, reopened tickets and team workload, with traffic-light targets

How it is set up

A typical process, step by step

With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.

  1. Step 1

    The request comes in

The employee writes to support@ or scans their device’s QR code. The request is created with the requester and, if it came by QR, with the asset.

  2. Step 2

    It is prioritized

If it arrives by email, a flow with marIA suggests the category and priority. The technician reviews them and the SLA clock is already running.

  3. Step 3

    It is handled

The technician sees the device history and replies from the record. marIA drafts the reply and the technician reviews it before sending.

  4. Step 4

    It is measured

The SLA and reopened-ticket reports come from daily work. Nobody builds a spreadsheet on Friday.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Can employees request support from Teams or Slack?

Yes. Text messages from Teams and Slack come into the inbox as conversations, get linked to the document and the IT team replies from attendo.

Does every employee need a license?

No. Anyone who only asks for help does so by email, form or portal, without a license.

What does AI do?

marIA suggests the category, the priority and a draft reply. The technician reviews it before sending. Every operation is logged with its cost, under the spending cap you set.
