Legal and contracts

Every contract, from draft to renewal

Request, negotiate, approve, sign and monitor every contract in a single document. Notice periods alert you before, not after.

The problem

Every contract, from draft to renewal

Contracts are negotiated by email, signed on paper and stored in folders. The automatic renewal is discovered when there is no time left to stop it.

Processes you set up in attendo

  • Contract requests by form, with counterparty, type, amount and owner
  • Drafts attached to the timeline, with Legal’s review on its kanban board
  • Approval in stages (business, Legal and management), each one by link with a code
  • Advanced or qualified e-signature with attendo eSign from the record, with sealing and multiple signers
  • Expirations and notice periods with an advance alert, and the renewal as a dated document
  • Contracts searchable by counterparty, type, status and expiry date

How it is set up

A typical process, step by step

With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.

  1. Step 1

    Requested

The area that needs the contract fills in the form. Legal receives it with the details and the attachments.

  2. Step 2

    Negotiated

Each draft version stays on the timeline, with Legal’s internal notes. marIA summarizes a long thread in a note.

  3. Step 3

    Approved and signed

Business Process Flow (BPF) requests each approval by link. Once all are in, the contract goes out for signature with attendo eSign.

  4. Step 4

    Monitored

A flow alerts you before the notice period. The renewal is created as a document with its date and its owner.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

How legally valid is the signature?

It depends on the level you use: advanced or qualified signature, with sealing and evidence. We confirm in writing which signature level covers each case.

Does it work for customer contracts?

Yes. Customer contracts also have their scope, SLA, hour bank and a renewals report.

What does AI do?

marIA summarizes threads and meeting minutes in a note and drafts replies that Legal reviews before sending. Every operation is logged with its cost, under the spending cap you set.
