Facilities and office services
Offices in order, with proof of every service
Anyone can report an issue through the room’s QR code. Vendors complete their checklist with a photo and the time, and you see what was done, where and when.

The problem
Offices in order, vendors on record
A burned-out light, an uncleaned meeting room or a broken chair gets reported by email to whoever is in charge. Cleaning and security vendors say they came by, but nobody can check.
Processes you set up in attendo
- Internal requests through the QR code of each room, floor or piece of equipment, with no username or password
- Cleaning and security rounds with a checklist, photo and time on the phone of whoever does them
- Office maintenance with periodic plans for HVAC, lighting or access control
- External vendors who receive and close their work on the supplier portal, without a license
- Moves and desk changes as a project, with tasks per area and dates
- Dashboard with requests, response times and completed rounds per building
How it is set up
A typical process, step by step
With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.
- Step 1
Someone spots it
They scan the room’s QR code and describe the problem. The request comes in with the location already filled in.
- Step 2
It is assigned
A flow sends it to the right group: maintenance, cleaning or security. If a vendor handles it, it lands on their portal.
- Step 3
Done and proven
Whoever fixes it closes it with a photo and signature on their phone. The PDF stays on the record.
- Step 4
The service is reviewed
Pending rounds and times per vendor show up in the report. The follow-up meeting is held with data.

Frequently asked questions
Do vendors need a license?
No. They work from the supplier portal or from a magic-link form, with no password.
What about building system inspections?
They are set up with periodic plans per piece of equipment or per building. If your building systems have mandatory inspections, a qualified professional in that field validates how often they are due.
