Human resources
Human resources with every step in view
Onboarding, offboarding and employee requests are set up as documents with tasks, checklists and signatures. Each area knows what it has to do and when.

The problem
Onboarding and offboarding without missing a step
Every new hire depends on someone remembering to tell IT, order the equipment and sign the paperwork. Employee requests arrive by email, in the hallway and over chat.
Processes you set up in attendo
- Onboarding with a task template per area: contract, account, equipment, training and welcome
- Offboarding with equipment return, access removal and signed paperwork
- Employee requests through an internal form, each type with its owner and deadline
- A file for each person with their documents, visible only to those you authorize
- Training with recorded attendance, an evaluation checklist and each attendee’s signature
- Working time records with clock-ins, activities and reasons for each pause
How it is set up
A typical process, step by step
With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.
- Step 1
Onboarding opens
HR creates the onboarding with the start date. The task template hands out the work to IT, facilities and the area manager.
- Step 2
Each area delivers
Each person sees their tasks on their calendar, with a due date. Anything overdue shows in red on their home screen.
- Step 3
Signed
On day one, the new hire signs the welcome checklist and the equipment handover checklist. The PDF goes into their file.
- Step 4
Closed when complete
Business Process Flow (BPF) will not let the onboarding close until the final checklist is signed.

Frequently asked questions
Does it run payroll?
No, not even with humaneo. On its own, attendo organizes the processes around payroll: onboarding, offboarding, requests and paperwork. With humaneo, a separate subscription, it covers the functions of HR software, except payroll.
Who sees each person’s file?
Only those you authorize. Security templates define who can see, who can edit and who has no access to each document type.
What about working time records?
attendo records clock-ins, activities and reasons for each pause. Whether that covers what the regulations require in your case is for your employment advisor to confirm.
Does it connect to my HR software?
With humaneo, natively: it imports actual working hours, with vacations and absences, and attendo uses them in flows, bookings, the agenda and when suggesting which technician is working. With others, via API as an integration project.
