QR per equipment or site
A QR code per piece of equipment makes the ticket arrive linked to the machine and its customer. A QR code per site, at the front desk or the entrance, collects general requests.

A QR code per piece of equipment makes the ticket arrive linked to the machine and its customer. A QR code per site, at the front desk or the entrance, collects general requests.
The submission creates the breakdown ticket, the building issue, the support request or the lead, with its type and priority. And it lands in the right group’s queue.
A form can be public, internal, for customers or for suppliers. None asks for a password: restricted levels get in with an access link.
The QR code points to the equipment, and each piece of equipment chooses which form it opens. If you change the questions tomorrow, the labels already stuck on stay valid and you reprint nothing.
“Request information” or “Book a demo”: each submission comes in as an opportunity in your pipeline. With a QR code at the booth, the show no longer ends in a pile of business cards.
You see the submissions of each form and export their history. What happens next with each ticket stays on its own timeline.
How it works
This is how it is used day to day, on the same document as the rest of the modules.
With just the right questions: who is reporting, a phone number, which equipment and what is wrong. Only what cannot be missing is required.
With its public URL on your website, or printed as a QR code on the equipment, in the room or at the booth.
From their phone, with no username or password. If it comes from the equipment’s QR code, the asset and customer are already filled in.
With its type and priority, in the right person’s queue. It is worked like any other, with its SLA and its timeline.
