Regulatory compliance

Regulatory compliance with a complete trail, always

Your team sets up the whistleblowing channel, its controls and rights requests as documents with deadlines, checklists and flows. Every step keeps its date and its author.

The problem

Whistleblowing, controls and evidence in one place

The whistleblowing channel is an email inbox, controls are reviewed in a spreadsheet and the evidence is scattered. When someone asks, nobody can show the full trail.

Processes you set up in attendo

  • Whistleblowing channel with anonymous or named reporting, acknowledgment, admissibility and tracked deadlines
  • Periodic controls that open on their date, with a checklist, attached evidence and an owner
  • Data protection rights requests by form, with their deadline tracked as an SLA
  • Internal policies with a signed acknowledgment from each person
  • Insurance, license and permit expirations, with an alert before the date
  • Information security incidents with their investigation, their actions and their timeline

Ready to go: attendo Compliance It brings together the whistleblowing channel, periodic controls, signed policies and expirations, with a fingerprint for every step. See attendo Compliance

How it is set up

A typical process, step by step

With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.

  1. Step 1

    A report comes in

It comes in through the channel form, anonymous or named. A case file opens that only administrators can see.

  2. Step 2

    Acknowledged and admitted

The acknowledgment deadline runs from the moment it comes in. The admissibility checklist records why it is admitted or dismissed.

  3. Step 3

    Investigated

Tasks, internal notes and attachments stay on the case file’s timeline, with their date and author.

  4. Step 4

    Answered on time

A flow warns you before the response deadline expires. The outcome is recorded in the case file.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does the whistleblowing channel comply with Spain’s Law 2/2023?

attendo has a whistleblowing channel module with anonymous reporting, administrator-only management and tracked deadlines. Whether it covers everything the law requires in your case is for your legal advisor to confirm.

Who sees the reports?

Administrators only. The list, the channel settings and the decisions on each case file are reserved for that profile.

Can I ask all staff to acknowledge a policy?

Yes, with an internal acknowledgment form. Each submission is saved as a document with its date and author, and the list shows who has done it.
