attendo vs. Salesforce: which one fits you

Salesforce is one of the most complete CRM platforms there is, with a huge ecosystem and products for sales, service and field work. attendo brings those pieces together in a single platform you configure without code.

What it does well

What Salesforce is good at

It is a global benchmark, and not by chance.

  • One of the most mature CRM platforms on the market.
  • A very broad international ecosystem of apps and integrations.
  • Products for almost everything: sales, marketing, service and, with Field Service, field work.
  • It scales for large organizations with many teams and processes.
  • AI built in across its platform.

Where it ends

Where it falls short

Salesforce’s power comes with a trade-off: each piece (sales, service, field work) is a product you license, configure and connect. Getting the most out of it usually takes an implementation project.

For a mid-sized company, that project can be out of reach, and the technician ends up working somewhere else.

attendo starts from the other side: the ticket, the work order, the opportunity and the service report are already the same case file, and whatever you change (fields, screens, flows) you configure without code.

When to choose each one

The part other comparisons skip

We start with when Salesforce is the better choice. If that sounds like you, you can stop reading here.

When to choose Salesforce

  • You are a large organization with the team and project budget to implement and maintain it.
  • You need specific integrations from its ecosystem.
  • Your group already uses it and the priority is a single corporate standard.

If that is you, Salesforce is hard to match.

When to choose attendo

  • When you want sales, support, operations and field work on the same record, without a custom project.
  • When you want to configure fields, screens and flows without code.
  • When you need connectors for the Spanish market: Holded, Odoo, SAP Business One and Business Central.
  • When you want to control the cost of AI and choose its provider.

Both at once

Running side by side is also an option

If your group works with Salesforce, attendo can run the operations of a service area and talk to it through the API and webhooks. Each one does its part, with nothing typed twice.

How to migrate

How to move from Salesforce to attendo

Your customer base and the way you sell, with nothing rewritten by hand.

Stages, close reasons, visibility profiles, custom fields and flows, without code.

  4. Step 4

    You connect your environment

Microsoft 365 or Google email and calendar, your ERP and, if part of the group stays on Salesforce, the API.
