Compliance · My team

What could be missed, before it happens

Each person opens a single list of what is at risk of being missed, sorted by urgency and with the reason for each row. Supervisors see their team’s workload and reassign from there.

  • Thresholds by group, no AI
  • Snooze and mute with a reason
  • My team, once the text is accepted

Work and planning

Compliance · My team: what it does

One list per person

SLAs about to expire, customers waiting for a reply, tickets stalled for days and overdue tasks. Each row says why it is there and with which threshold.

Based on your modules

Each module adds its alerts: quotes about to expire, overdue payments, unanswered conversations, flow approvals, signatures about to expire or supplier documents that are expiring.

Snooze or mute

What is already in progress is snoozed until a date or muted, always with a reason, without touching the SLA or reports. If the customer writes again, it comes back.

My team

Supervisors see, by person and by group, what is overdue and critical, workload against the average and the 14-day trend. And they reassign from the list itself.

With clear rules

My team shows no data until an administrator accepts the supervision text in writing, and each person knows their supervisor sees that summary.

Sort with AI, if you want

With marIA and a provider authorized for customer data, the list is also sorted by the customer’s frustration or the value at stake. It has a monthly cap and never judges people.

How it works

Step by step

This is how it is used day to day, on the same document as the rest of the modules.

  1. Step 1

    You turn on the module

And set the threshold for each alert, overall and by group.

  2. Step 2

    Each person opens their list

Sorted by urgency, with the reason for each row and the link to the document.

  3. Step 3

They snooze or mute what they are handling

With a reason, and without touching the SLA or reports.

  4. Step 4

    Supervisors reassign

From the My team tab, once the supervision text has been accepted.

marIA in Compliance · My team

The list works without AI, with the thresholds you set. If you want, marIA also sorts it by what rules cannot see, and analyzes each document only once while it does not change. We do not pass it the agent’s or the customer’s name, although the text of the messages may contain them. See attendo AI.

Honesty

Where it fits (and where it does not)

  • It tracks the team’s tasks and deadlines, not regulatory compliance. For controls, policies and the whistleblowing channel, there is attendo Compliance.

  • It is not a performance review tool: the AI never judges people.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Does it use AI?

It does not need to. The list works with thresholds you set, overall and by group. Also sorting it with AI is optional.

Does the supervisor see what each person does?

They see a summary per person: what is overdue, what is critical and workload against the average. Only after an administrator accepts the supervision text, and each person knows.

Does muting an alert change the SLA?

No. Snoozing or muting removes the row from the list with its reason, but the SLA and reports stay the same. If the customer writes again, it comes back.

Is it the same as attendo Compliance?

No. This module tracks the team’s tasks and deadlines. attendo Compliance covers the whistleblowing channel, controls and signed policies.
