Who it is for

Is it right for your company?

For companies that sell their expertise by the project or by the hour:

  • Management, technology and engineering consultancies
  • Marketing and communications agencies
  • Architecture and engineering firms
  • Corporate training

Not on the list? attendo can be set up for any line of business, with your document types, your fields and your vocabulary.

The challenges

Hours sold never match hours worked

In professional services, the product is your team’s time. If it is not measured, the margin shows up at year-end.

  • No response

    Proposals written from scratch

Each proposal starts from the last one, gets reviewed over email and is lost among versions. Nobody knows which ones are waiting for an answer.

  • Hours exceeded

    Retainer hours drift

A block of hours is sold and consumed with no control. The client asks how many are left and someone does the math by hand.

  • Unassigned

    Capacity problems show up late

A date is promised to a client, and only afterward does someone notice the team was already full that week.

How attendo solves it

Each challenge, with the modules that solve it

They are modules of the same platform: you turn on the ones you use, and they all work on the same record.

Proposals you send, track and get signed

Prospecting with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, a pipeline by stage and an AI-drafted web proposal the client accepts and signs. Every proposal, with its status.

Hours that get logged, retainers that add up

Prepaid hour blocks per engagement, time logged to every document and employee time records. Reports and dashboards show profitability per client and per project.

Projects with dates you can keep

Projects with a Gantt chart, tasks and team workload. Teams and Meet meetings are scheduled from the record, with their recording and transcript. And the collaborative whiteboard is there for working sessions with the client.

A typical day · example

A consulting proposal that becomes a project

From the signed proposal to an alert before the retainer runs out. Example scenario, with made-up data.

  1. Step 1

    The proposal goes out

marIA prepares the draft with the scope you discussed. The partner reviews it and the client receives the web proposal.

  2. Step 2

    Signed and planned

The client signs online. The project starts with its phases on the Gantt chart, and the workload view shows who has capacity.

  3. Step 3

    Work and time logging

Each person logs their hours to the project tasks. Client meetings are recorded and transcribed in the record.

  4. Step 4

    The margin is reviewed

Halfway through, the report compares hours sold with hours used, and the client is told before the retainer runs out.

marIA, the attendo AI

marIA at a consulting firm

It drafts, summarizes and answers with your data. A person decides what goes out.

  • Drafts the proposal

It writes the web proposal with the scope and your terms. The owner reviews it before it goes out.

  • Suggestions at each stage

When an opportunity moves forward, marIA proposes the next action based on what it knows about the client.

  • Ask your data

“Which clients are about to run out of retainer hours?” It answers with your data and shows the query.

What it does not do: It does not send proposals or change terms without your approval.

Honesty

What attendo does not do

Better to know before the demo. And if your case calls for another tool, we will tell you.

  • Your accounting stays put

Invoicing and accounting stay in your connected ERP, because attendo is not an ERP or accounting software. attendo connects with Odoo, Business Central, SAP Business One or Holded.

  • No legal case management

For a law firm, attendo does not handle court cases, litigation deadlines or e-filing.

  • Payroll stays out

With humaneo, attendo covers the functions of HR software, except payroll.
