Equipment manufacturers and distributors
Sell, install and handle the warranty from the same record
For machinery manufacturers, industrial distributors and importers with after-sales service. The quote, the unit sold, its warranty and every repair make up one customer story.
- Quotes with dimensions and variants
- Every unit sold, with its serial number
- Connected to your ERP
Who it is for
Is it right for your company?
For companies that sell equipment and then have to stand behind it:
Not on the list? attendo can be set up for any line of business, with your document types, your fields and your vocabulary.
The challenges
The sale ends with the invoice. The customer does not.
The sales rep closes the order and moves on. Months later, after-sales gets a call and has no idea what was sold or on what terms.
- No history
Every department, its own system
Sales, after-sales and field service use different tools. Nobody sees the full customer story, and the sales rep hears about the breakdown from the customer.
- Under review
Quotes rebuilt by hand
Every quote with its dimensions, options and variants is built in a spreadsheet and pasted into a document. Changing one option means starting over.
- No warranty data
Warranties nobody tracks
After the sale, the serial number and delivery date stay on the packing slip. When a claim comes in, the warranty is pieced together by hand.
How attendo solves it
Each challenge, with the modules that solve it
They are modules of the same platform: you turn on the ones you use, and they all work on the same record.
A CRM that knows what you sell
Prospecting, pipeline and web quotes the customer opens, compares, accepts and signs. marIA can draft the quote, and everything connects with your ERP.
Quotes with dimensions and variants
Your products carry their dimensions and variants, and the quote goes out with your branding from the print designer. In the web quote, the customer compares the options and accepts the one they prefer.
Every unit sold, with its warranty
What you sell becomes a customer asset with a serial number and warranty. Issues come in through the portal, the unit’s QR code or WhatsApp, and your service team handles them with the record in front of them.
A typical day · example
A machine you sold comes back as a claim
From the signed quote to the warranty repair, and from there to the service agreement. Example scenario, with made-up data.

- Step 1
It is sold
The sales rep sends a web quote with two options. The customer picks the higher-capacity one and signs online.
- Step 2
It is delivered
When it ships, the machine is registered as a customer asset with its serial number and a two-year warranty.
- Step 3
An issue comes in
Eight months later, the customer scans the machine’s QR code and describes the fault. The request reaches service with the warranty in view.
- Step 4
Closed, and an opportunity
The technician repairs it under warranty. The sales rep sees the visit on the customer record and prepares a service agreement quote.
Solutions for this industry
Where to start
They are the same platform with each area’s modules turned on. Start with one and add the rest without migrating anything.
marIA, the attendo AI
marIA at a manufacturer or distributor
It helps sales and after-sales with the full customer story.
-
Qualifies leads
It scores each lead and opportunity with what you know about the customer, and proposes the next step when the stage changes.
-
Drafts the quote
It prepares the draft web quote with your products and your terms. The sales rep reviews it before it goes out.
-
Watches every account
It combines activity, issues and satisfaction, and alerts the account owner when a customer is slipping.
What it does not do: It does not change prices or terms on its own, and it sends no quote without the sales rep’s approval.
Honesty
What attendo does not do
Better to know before the demo. And if your case calls for another tool, we will tell you.
- No rules-based configurator
attendo handles dimensions and variants, but it is not a CPQ with compatibility rules between options.
- No channel or rebate management
Rebate settlements and managing your dealer network belong in your ERP or another tool.
- Your dealers join as partners, not as a sales channel
A dealer can sign in as a partner and follow the requests of their customer portfolio, with their own branding if you agree. Selling to the network, its orders and its terms stay in your ERP.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
Is it a CRM or after-sales software?
Both, on the same platform. The CRM handles the sale and the after-sales workflow handles service, and both see the same customer and the same unit.
Can I quote with variants and dimensions?
Yes. Your products have dimensions and variants, and the web quote lets the customer compare options and accept the one they want.
Does it connect with my ERP?
Yes, with Odoo, Business Central, SAP Business One and Holded. Customers, items, orders and documents move between the two, and the invoice is issued by your ERP: attendo is not an ERP or accounting software.
How are warranties tracked?
Every unit sold is an asset with a serial number and warranty. When an issue comes in, you see right away whether it is covered.
Can customers open issues on their own?
Yes: from their portal, by scanning the unit’s QR code or on WhatsApp. The issue arrives with the customer and the unit identified.
Does it work for distributors without a factory?
Yes. If you sell equipment and provide after-sales service, the cycle is the same: quote, delivery, warranty and repair.
