How it is set up

A typical process, step by step

With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.

  1. Step 1

    Requested

    The contractor or the team lead requests the permit for work at height. The document is created with the location, the date and the risks.

  2. Step 2

    Checked

    Health and safety fills in the preconditions checklist on site, with photos.

  3. Step 3

    Authorized

    The authorizer approves by link from their phone, with a code. Without that approval, the permit does not move to the next phase.

  4. Step 4

    Closed with a signature

    When the work is done, the signed closing checklist releases the permit. Everything stays on the timeline.

Yes. The checklist gallery includes a safety round and an ATEX inspection, and you adapt them to your site.

Does it work on the floor without coverage?

Yes, with the native attendo app for iOS and Android: you work without a signal and everything syncs when it comes back. In the browser you need a connection.
