What it does well

What Infraspeak is good at

It is a very well-made product, and that is worth saying first.

  • A very carefully designed user experience: the team adopts it without a fight.
  • Strong in facility management and multi-service operations.
  • A supplier network and a portal for working with subcontractors.
  • A portal so the customer can follow their own jobs.
  • An established presence in Spain and support in Spanish.

Where it ends

Where it falls short

Infraspeak handles maintenance and facilities very well. Where it falls short is the commercial and financial layer of the business.

The contract with its scope, SLA and hour bank, the quote for what the contract does not cover, the renewal and the profitability of each building or account: that is where a second program usually appears, typically a CRM and a spreadsheet.

When to choose each one

The part other comparisons skip

We start with when Infraspeak is the better choice. If that sounds like you, you can stop reading here.

When to choose Infraspeak

  • You only need maintenance and facility management, without the commercial layer or profitability per account.
  • User experience is your top criterion and your team already works with it.
  • You work mostly with a supplier network and the way it manages that network suits you.

If that is you, stay with Infraspeak.

When to choose attendo

  • When the contract decides what each request covers, and what it does not cover is quoted from the same record.
  • When you need profitability per contract and per building.
  • When sales and maintenance need to see the same record to renew with data.
  • When requests come in by email, WhatsApp, phone and portal, and you want a single queue.

How to migrate

How to move from Infraspeak to attendo

From the inventory to the portals, leaving nobody out.

  1. Step 1

    You export your data

Assets, locations, customers and plans, in Excel or CSV.

  2. Step 2

We import them with their structure

Families, custom fields and each customer’s hierarchy, with a report of the rows that fail.

  3. Step 3

We set up contracts and plans

Scope, SLA and hour bank per contract, and your preventive maintenance plans with their checklists.

  4. Step 4

    You open the portals

Customers and subcontractors log in to their portal. Work order history is scoped as a project.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Is attendo just as easy to use?

Judge for yourself in the demo, with your data. The technician scans the QR code, ticks the boxes, takes the photo and signs. And each profile only sees what it needs, on the screens you configure.

Is there a subcontractor portal?

Yes. The supplier portal gives each subcontractor its own jobs: they receive and close them with their own login, without entering your internal system.

Does it work for multi-service facility management?

Yes. One document type per specialty (maintenance, cleaning, security) on the same building, contract and customer, with a single history and a single report.

How does it calculate profitability per building?

It cross-checks the hours, materials and travel logged on each work order, which are already in attendo, against what was invoiced in the sales documents that go to your ERP.

Can both be used?

Yes, through the API. But the customer ends up in two places, and profitability per account goes back to being done by hand.
