They make the website work, remember this choice, keep your conversation with the assistant if you use it, and protect the forms from bots. They cannot be turned off.
During your visit we remember the campaign source you arrived with and the page you landed on, so we know which campaigns and pages bring us requests. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and does not depend on this option.
Used to measure our campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta. None is active on the website today.
The rules for using this website: what you can do on it, what to expect from its forms, calculators and comparisons, and what is not allowed.

1. Scope and acceptance
These terms govern the use of attendo.me, owned by AxisOne Group SL (full details in the legal notice). By browsing the website you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use it.
They only cover the website. Customers’ use of the attendo service is governed by theterms of service and by their contract.
We may update these terms when the website or the law changes. The version in force is the one published here, with its date.
You may use the website to learn about attendo, read its content and get in touch with us. You agree to use it lawfully and in good faith and, in particular, not to:
enter false data, or someone else’s data without their permission, in the forms, or impersonate anyone;
send requests in an automated or bulk way, or try to get around the bot check;
try to access non-public areas or systems, test their security without permission or disrupt how they work;
introduce malicious software or use the website to send unsolicited advertising;
extract content massively or systematically to reuse it for commercial purposes without permission. Search engines and AI assistants may read the website according to the rules in its robots.txt file.
If you break these terms, we may block your access or decline your requests, without prejudice to any legal action that may apply.
With the forms on this website you can request a demo, a trial account or a quote, talk to sales, request support if you are already a customer, ask about custom development, have a calculator result emailed to you, download a guide or subscribe to the newsletter.
Sending a form does not create a contract or bind either party. Someone from our team reviews each request and replies. We may decline requests that are unrelated to attendo, incomplete or in breach of these terms.
The trial account is governed by the terms of service, which you accept when you request it. Support requests sent through the website do not replace the support channels and service levels set in each customer’s contract.
The data you send is processed as described in the privacy policy. To protect the forms from automated submissions we use Cloudflare Turnstile, described in the cookie policy.
The calculators do their math in your browser, using only the data you enter and the assumptions each one explains in its “How we calculate” section. The website does not store that data: the values are written into the page address so you can copy the link with your calculation. Only if you ask us to email you the calculation do we keep your email address with the values and the result, to send it to you, as the privacy policy explains.
The results are estimates. They help you get an idea and are not an offer, a quote or a guarantee of savings or results: they depend on the data you enter and on your specific case. Before deciding, review them with your team or with us.
You can choose the currency (€, $ or £). Only the symbol and the format change, not the math: no exchange rate is applied.
The comparisons between attendo and other products, and the market articles, are based on their makers’ public information (websites, documentation and feature pages), reviewed on the date shown on each page. Those products change, and some details may no longer be current when you read them.
They are our assessment, made in good faith and meant to be fair: we say what each product does well and when it suits you better than attendo. They are not an independent evaluation or an exhaustive analysis. Check with each vendor before deciding.
The names and trademarks of other products belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Their mention does not imply any relationship, sponsorship or endorsement.
If you represent one of those products and see inaccurate or outdated information, write to sales@attendo.me with the source and we will review it.
The “Ask attendo” button opens an assistant that answers using the public information on this website. The answers are generated by artificial intelligence, and the assistant says so (article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act).
They may contain errors or omissions and are not an offer, a quote or a commitment: what counts is what the website pages say and, for each customer, its proposal or contract. If an answer matters to you, confirm it with us.
Do not share personal data or confidential information in the assistant. The privacy policy explains how questions are processed.
The content describes attendo in general terms. Screenshots and examples use sample data, and the use cases are scenarios by department, not customer case studies. What each subscription includes (modules, integrations and service levels) is set in the proposal or contract.
Intellectual and industrial property in the content is covered in the legal notice.
Links to third-party sites are governed by the legal notice.
We try to keep the website available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates or reasons beyond our control. We may change, expand or remove content at any time.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the jurisdiction set out in the legal notice. If the Spanish and English versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
