“Which contracts expire in the next 60 days?” You ask the way you would ask someone in the office. The answer comes back as a table or a chart, with the query in plain sight.

Questions about the whole business: hours per customer, contracts about to expire, technicians with the most work orders. Only administrators use it. Management gets its answer without waiting for someone to prepare the report.
You ask which assets had the most failures this quarter and AI-Chat answers. It focuses on operations and maintenance, with your plant’s failure modes and production lines. No exporting to Excel.
marIA proposes a plan: which tables, which fields and which filters. attendo compiles it and runs it on the tables the administrator authorizes. The AI never reaches data outside its scope.
Every answer shows the tables and filters it used, so you can check it before taking it to a meeting. And nothing is changed: everything is read-only.
The answer comes back as a table or a chart, and you can export it. In the dashboard builder, you describe what you want to see and marIA proposes the visualization.
In reports by sales rep or by agent, marIA writes a plain-language reading. It drops any sentence with a figure that is not in the report.
