Operations in attendo and back office in Business Central, with nothing typed twice. Customers, items, sales and purchase documents, projects and hours travel area by area, in the direction you choose.
What it solves
Your back office lives in Business Central and your operations live in attendo. Without a connector, someone copies the new customer, the technician’s order and the month’s hours by hand. Every copy is a possible mistake and one more day before invoicing.
With the connector, each record is born in one place and reaches the other on its own. Business Central still issues, numbers and posts. attendo hands it what it needs to do so.
What it does
Each area is turned on separately, with its direction and with the system that wins if a record changes on both sides. They all start switched off.
They travel in the direction you choose. In the initial load they are matched by tax ID, email or code, and doubtful cases are reviewed by hand.
Items, categories and locations both ways. Inventory comes from Business Central, so the technician sees what is in stock.
Quotes, orders, invoices and credit memos. Business Central recalculates taxes and totals, and attendo receives the amounts and the official PDF.
attendo prepares the draft and Business Central posts it. Once it is posted, its number and date come back to the attendo document.
Projects and logged hours, with each person matched to their Business Central employee.
With the attendo extension for Business Central, a checkbox on the customer, vendor or item card says what is synced. Unchecking it deletes nothing.
With the attendo extension installed in your environment, opportunities, project tasks, service orders and lots travel too.
What travels
Changes in attendo go out within seconds, queued and with retries. Changes in Business Central arrive almost instantly and, as a safety net, in a check every 5 minutes.

Getting started
The connector uses Microsoft’s official API. We get it live with you and test it in a Business Central sandbox before it touches your real company.
Status Available
Typical effort. There is work in three places: Entra ID, Business Central and attendo. What takes longest is deciding which system wins in each area and reviewing the initial load.
Your administrator registers the app, grants it access to the Business Central API and creates its secret.
You add the app as a user and, if you use it, install the attendo extension in your sandbox.
We turn the areas on one by one: customers, categories, items and documents. The initial load matches records without creating anything until you review it.
Once everything is tested in the sandbox, it is repeated in your real company. Changes travel queued, with retries.
Honesty
It does not handle journal entries, payments or reconciliation: they stay in Business Central.
attendo prepares the draft. Business Central posts it and numbers it.
The connector is for Business Central online. An on-premises installation needs an adaptation project.
Each connection works with one company and one currency.
You get the overall stock of each item, without the breakdown by warehouse.
They stay in Business Central, which recalculates each document when it receives it and suggests its price for each line.

Changes wait in a queue and are applied in order when it comes back. Whatever fails after several attempts stays visible, with the Business Central message, so you can retry it.
No. The attendo number travels as the external document number, and the official invoice number comes back from Business Central.
Not without adaptation: the connector works with Business Central online. If your installation is on-premises, we assess it as a project.
