What does your company know about each customer?

When each department keeps its own piece, nobody has the full story: sales does not know which cases are open and customer service does not know what was promised.

  • No history

    The customer, in five places

Contacts on a phone, emails in an inbox, contracts in a folder and invoices in the ERP.

  • Open case

Sales and operations do not talk

The rep sells without knowing there are three open cases. Customer service does not know what was sold.

  • Contract expired

Contracts that expire without a call

Nobody gives notice in time, and the customer renews elsewhere or not at all.

  • Churn risk

    Customers who leave without warning

Less activity, more complaints and lower satisfaction, and nobody sees it until it is too late.

What it does

The whole customer relationship, on one record

Before, during and after the sale, with each role seeing the part that concerns them.

  • 360 customer record

Contacts with job titles, addresses, custom fields and everything that happens: deals, orders, contracts, projects, support cases and documents.

  • Every conversation

Microsoft 365 and Google email, WhatsApp, phone, Teams and Slack land on the customer record. Nobody asks the same thing twice.

  • Contracts and renewals

Term, value, scope, SLA and prepaid hours if any, with a renewal alert as far ahead as you choose.

  • Service and after-sales

The customer’s support cases on the same record, with a portal to follow their requests and satisfaction surveys at closing.

  • Documents and signature

Quotes, orders and documents with your design, document management with tags and signature with attendo eSign.

  • Fitted to your company

Your own customer types, fields, stages and screens, and workflows that automate the repetitive, without code.

  • Profitability and churn risk

What you invoice through your ERP versus what it costs to serve each customer, and an alert when a customer starts to drift away.

  • Several companies and business lines

Issuing companies with their own numbering and branding, work groups and business lines on the same customer base.

How it works

One customer, one story

What each department does adds to the same record.

  1. Step 1

    You add the customer

With just the name, so nobody skips it. The rest fills in as things happen.

  2. Step 2

Every conversation lands on the record

Email, WhatsApp, calls and meetings, linked to the customer with nothing copied by hand.

  3. Step 3

    Sales sells

Deals, quotes and orders with the customer’s history in front of them.

  4. Step 4

    Operations delivers

Orders, projects or services that carry on in the same platform.

  5. Step 5

    Service resolves with context

Whoever answers knows what was sold, which contract applies and what happened before.

  6. Step 6

You renew with the data in hand

The renewal is a deal with a date, and you arrive knowing how much the customer uses and what they cost.

Artificial intelligence

marIA with your customers

attendo’s AI knows each customer’s history. It proposes; a person decides.

  • Watches customer health

Alerts the account owner when something gets worse.

  • Answers questions about your data

Questions about your customers in plain language, read-only, and showing where the answer comes from.

  • Writes the draft

With the customer’s history in front of it. A person sends it.

  • Summarizes calls and voice notes

What was said is written down on the record.

What it does not do: write to your customers on its own or change data without a person approving it.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What is a CRM?

A CRM is the software that brings together your relationship with your customers: contacts, conversations, deals, contracts and what happens after the sale. It stands for customer relationship management.

How is a sales CRM different from a general one?

A sales CRM focuses on the sales team. A general one manages the whole customer relationship, including service, contracts and after-sales. attendo does both on the same record.

Does it work for my industry?

Yes. attendo CRM can be set up for any industry, size and country: your customer types, your fields, your stages and your vocabulary. The industries on the website are the most common ones, not the only ones.

Does it connect to my email?

Yes. With Microsoft 365 and Google: the customer’s emails land on their record, and the calendar syncs with Outlook.

Does it replace my invoicing?

No. attendo is not an ERP or accounting software: the invoice is issued by your connected ERP, which receives quotes, orders and delivery notes with no retyping. There are native connectors for Odoo, SAP Business One, Business Central and Holded.

Can I bring my customers?

Yes. Customers, contacts and contracts from Excel or CSV.

Where is my data?

In the European Union, in a separate database for each attendo customer. It is a SaaS service: there is nothing to install. As a project, it can also be installed on-premise, on your own infrastructure.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the modules and the people who use it. We do not publish prices on the website: How much attendo costs explains what the price depends on, and we send you a firm proposal after looking at your case.

Request a demo

Try it with your customers

Leave us your details and we will show you attendo with your customer types, your conversations and your contracts. If it is not a fit, we will tell you.

  • With your operation, not a generic demo
  • A real person from our team replies
  • No cold calls afterwards

Would you rather talk first?

Which area do you want to see in the demo?

With your work email we prepare the demo around your case.

In one or two sentences.

If you chose Maintenance (CMMS)

If you chose Field work (Field Service)

If you chose Facility Management

If you chose any other area

Only if you would rather we call you.
