## Inspections, incidents and PPE, with signatures

Inspections are filled in on paper and scanned weeks later. Incidents are reported by word of mouth and PPE handovers are signed on a sheet nobody can find.

## A typical process, step by step

With document types, flows and checklists you configure without code.

### Step 1 · Requested

The contractor or the team lead requests the permit for work at height. The document is created with the location, the date and the risks.

### Step 2 · Checked

Health and safety fills in the preconditions checklist on site, with photos.

### Step 3 · Authorized

The authorizer approves by link from their phone, with a code. Without that approval, the permit does not move to the next phase.

### Step 4 · Closed with a signature

When the work is done, the signed closing checklist releases the permit. Everything stays on the timeline.
