# How much does attendo cost?

attendo is built from modules, so it has no one-size price: you pay for what you turn on and the people who use it. We send you a firm, written proposal after looking at your case.

- A written proposal, with what is included and what is not
- No commitment
- If something is not a fit for attendo, we tell you

## Five things set the price

They are the same questions we will ask to prepare your proposal. If you have the answers, the quote arrives sooner.

### The modules you turn on

A CMMS, a CRM, field service or the whole platform. Start with what you need and add modules when you need them.

### The people who use it

Technicians, support agents, sales reps and office staff. Not every role uses the same things, and the proposal reflects that. Desktop or mobile-only licenses, named or shared. People in the portals do not take up a license.

### The integrations

Your ERP, your phone system or your own systems. The ERP and humaneo connectors are native; mapping them to your data is set up and tested during onboarding.

### The onboarding

Importing your data, setting up your workflows and training your team, depending on the scope you choose.

### AI usage

marIA works with your own AI provider and key, or with AI credits. Every operation is logged with its cost and spending has a monthly cap.

## From your case to a firm proposal

Four steps, no commitment.

### Step 1 · You tell us about your case

In the quote form: what you want to solve, how many people will use it and what it needs to connect to.

### Step 2 · We show it to you with your data

If you like, a demo with your real case before talking numbers.

### Step 3 · You get a written proposal

Modules, people, integrations and onboarding, with what is included and what is not.

### Step 4 · You try it

You can request a trial account to check it fits before you decide.

## A one-size price would tell you nothing

Two companies with the same number of users can need very different modules, integrations and onboarding. A price table would make you guess which one is yours.

We would rather give you a firm price for your case, in writing, and also tell you what attendo does not do. If it is not a fit, we tell you before you waste your time.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why does attendo not publish prices?

Because it is built from modules and every company turns on its own. We send you a firm, written proposal after looking at your case.

### What do you need to know to give me a price?

What you want to solve, which modules interest you, how many people will use it and which systems it needs to connect to. With that we prepare the proposal.

### Is onboarding charged separately?

It depends on the scope: data import, workflow setup, integrations and training. The proposal details it line by line.

### How is AI paid for?

marIA works with your own AI provider and key, or with AI credits. Every operation is logged with its cost and you can set a monthly spending cap.

### Can I try attendo first?

Yes. You can request a demo with your data and a trial account.

### Can I start with one module and add others later?

Yes. attendo is modular: turn on what you need today and add modules when you need them, on the same data.
