Changing the logo or a column does not depend on anyone. ### Each document, its template Quotes, orders, delivery notes, service reports, ticket reports, asset records and project reports. You set the default template for each type, and change it whenever you like. ### Multi-page, QR codes and labels Templates support multiple pages, QR codes and barcodes. An asset record prints with its QR code and its history. And label printing is customized the same way: format, fields and code. ### Classic or enhanced Each document type chooses its output, classic or enhanced, and the template supports optional blocks. A delivery note without amounts and a full quote do not print the same way. ### Batch printing All of a customer’s service reports for the month come out in one PDF, in one go. You build it by dragging blocks and see the result as a PDF before saving it. ### A different template for each document type? Yes. Each type has its own default: a delivery note without amounts, a quote with its details or an asset record with its QR code. ### Can I print all of a customer’s service reports at once? Yes, in a single PDF. Also the QR labels for their equipment, without repeating the ones you already printed. ### Can I design my own labels? Yes.
