Tags group them and search finds them, with no shared folders. - Attachments scanned for malware - Local storage or your own S3 - A QR label for every piece of equipment ## Tags and document management: what it does ### Tags that group Free or predefined tags on documents and customers, to group what cuts across areas: a campaign, a job site or an industry. You filter by them and save the view. ### The equipment label Every asset carries its QR label, with its record, its history, its form and its checklists. Label templates copy a complete asset to another customer. ### Attachments where they belong Drag or paste the file onto the record and it is tied to its timeline entry. Email attachments come in on their own, and every file is scanned for malware. ### Equipment manuals and drawings Manuals, diagrams and photos go on the asset record. Maintenance plan files are uploaded once, and every work order sees the current version, on the technician’s tablet too. ### Server-side search Search covers every document, closed ones included, with a date filter. Lists filter by tag, customer or custom field across the whole server, not just what fits on screen. ### Templates with your branding Document templates so you never start from scratch, and canned replies with customer and contract variables. Maintenance ### Asset An asset is any piece of equipment, machine or installation whose maintenance you keep track of: its record, its location, its history and its costs. Attachments are stored locally or in your own S3 storage, and can be migrated from one to the other. ### Does it replace SharePoint or Google Drive? No. attendo stores the files tied to the work: the customer, the equipment, the ticket or the work order. Your enterprise document management system stays where it is, and attendo does not sync it. ### What happens to email attachments? They come in with the email on the document’s record, next to the message that brought them. If you merge two duplicate documents, the attachments move to the one you keep. ### Can I import my tags and assets? Yes. Customers, assets, products and tags are imported from Excel or CSV, with visual mapping and a report of the rows that fail. ### Can the AI search my manuals? Yes, with File Search. It answers citing the document each piece of information comes from.
