The integration is native: it is set up with your account credentials, with no coding.

## What is the difference?

An add-on is another product, subscribed separately, that extends what attendo does: HR with humaneo and a phone system with Lyria.

An integration connects attendo to what you already use: your ERP, Microsoft 365, WhatsApp or your AI provider.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I have to subscribe to an add-on?

No. attendo works without them. You subscribe if you want the rest of HR, with humaneo, or your phone system’s calls on the document, with Lyria.

### Where do I subscribe?

Each one on its own website: humaneo at humaneo.es and Lyria at lyria.es. Then they connect to attendo with your account.

### With humaneo, does attendo run payroll?

No. With humaneo, attendo covers the functions of HR software, except payroll.

### Can I use a different phone system?

The phone system that works with attendo is Lyria. If you have another one, we look into it before going live.

### What data travels between attendo and each add-on?

Each page lists it in a table: what data, in which direction and when. With humaneo, for example, customers, subjects and texts never leave attendo.
